I'm a first-year Computer Science student at Nottingham who's had experiences at Goldman Sachs, KPMG, FCA, Rokos Capital, and more.
Before that? I was a state school Year 12 student who had absolutely no idea these opportunities existed.
No one told me about social mobility opportunities. No one explained Sutton Trust. No one mentioned that you could get paid to learn about investment banking.
I found out by accident. Endless Googling. Social mobility programmes hidden in random corners. TikToks that disappeared. Career advisors who'd never worked in the industries I was targeting.
I figured it out the hard way.
Student Growth Space is what I wish I had back then.
What we do

Why this exists
The opportunities that changed my life — Goldman, KPMG, Sutton Trust — I almost missed all of them.
Because the information was scattered.
Because nobody told me where to look.
Because the "playbook" was kept behind closed doors.
Not anymore.
The cheat codes shouldn't be secret. They should be available to anyone willing to put in the work.
